5. Payment and Refunds: If there are fees associated with the services, you agree to pay the fees as specified by the Company. All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by the Company.

6. Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

7. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the services or any violation of this Agreement.

8. Termination: The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to the Agreement: The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
